About reconstructing a 24-pound cannon for the Nirayama Reverberatory Furnace

As one of the activities for celebrating our 70th anniversary, KIMURA reconstructed a 24-pound cannon by Full Mold Casting Process, and donated it to the Nirayama Reverberatory Furnace, a historical site designated by Japanese government.
Thanks to the support by the city of Izunokuni-shi and many people in various fields, we received valuable opinions and material during the reconstruction. Please visit the historical furnace when visiting Izu region.
