KIMURA FOUNDRY AMERICA, INC. completed the acquisition of VIP TOOLING, INC. on July 14, 2025. Following the acquisition, the company officially became part of the KIMURA Group and has been relaunched as VIP TOOLING, LLC.

Located in Shelbyville, Indiana, the same city as KIMURA FOUNDRY AMERICA, VIP TOOLING has extensive experience in manufacturing dies for aluminum extrusion. Going forward, in addition to its existing tooling business, the company will provide machining services for castings produced by KIMURA FOUNDRY AMERICA.
By combining the strengths of both companies, the KIMURA Group will enhance its one-stop manufacturing services, creating greater synergy and delivering increased value to customers throughout North America.
